FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where do I camp?
All passes include a 10–15 ft campsite. Your campsite simply determines where you place your tent. Once inside the festival, you are free to explore the entire grounds—including other campsites. Please be respectful, kind, and mindful of others and their spaces.
When will I receive my wristband?
Wristbands are issued upon arrival. At check-in, a box office attendant will scan and verify your ticket and then provide your wristband.
Do I have to attend the entire festival?
No. You are not required to attend the full festival. Single-day passes are available, including the Friday Love Pass and Saturday Love Pass. Tickets are organized by arrival day.
What if I cannot make it on the arrival day listed on my ticket?
If you arrive earlier than your ticketed arrival day, you may upgrade your ticket at the gate. If you arrive later, you will still be allowed entry during the festival.
Can I change my ticket?
Ticket changes are allowed as long as the ticket type you want is still available and not sold out.
